No stage. No distance between guests and hosts. Claudia Jañez and Alex Bravo sit alongside ten executives selected for their profile and their aspiration to serve on a board. Twelve people sharing one table, with room for questions that rarely fit into a conference.
This is a conversation about the path ahead: the decisions, reputation and preparation that enable a leader to contribute from a boardroom.

Alex brings the Ralkhemia perspective on conscious leadership and AI. Through Elyos, his AI leadership assistant, and the approach behind LíderGPT, he opens a practical exploration of how technology can deepen reflection while keeping human judgment at the center.
